As a Product Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building cohesive product lines for apparel, accessories, and bags, initially focusing on our footwear category. This role requires you to analyze our offerings, identify improvements, and develop new styles. You will work closely with Sourcing, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales to meet budgets, timelines, and our brand mission. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning strategic line directions through analytics and research, determining product launch timing and pricing, setting pricing strategy, and maintaining product training for key stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage the department's P&L, collaborate with Marketing to ensure product vision execution, identify new product opportunities, oversee product lifecycles, research fit trends, lead customer-specific development opportunities, support marketing material development, and represent Propper at trade shows and customer appointments.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 4 years in consumer product merchandising or development. You should possess strong design, analytical, and planning skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and a creative mindset are also essential.
