Job Description:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Grade of 80% or better H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Must complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Ability to serve clients remotely using virtual tools and systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Experience creating individual returns.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
