We're currently searching for a Project and Design Consultant to join our showroom team. In this role, your outgoing personality and passion for helping others will be the foundation for creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, helping them select tile and flooring solutions that fit their needs and design visions.

Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and designers, fostering trust and collaboration.

Use your creativity to provide design advice and guidance, ensuring projects exceed expectations.

Prepare quotes, place orders, and manage project timelines with exceptional attention to detail.

Stay updated on current design trends, product offerings, and industry standards.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where we all pitch in to make things happen.

What We're Looking For

Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Creative eye for design and attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused.

Prior experience in design, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
