Description:

Position: Sr. .Net/Microsoft Stack Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid work schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days offsite)

Type: Full Time/ Direct Hire / Permanent

Education: At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.


Job Summary

This position leads and supports all technology architecture activities that guide the development and management of solutions that support the company's payer clients. Solutions include projects, products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes. Works with the Associate IT Director to research to propose and implement technological solutions to meet business needs. This includes the configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience across Microsoft Technology Stack solution development disciplines, including application development, middleware, database management and cloud development.

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure architectures and design patterns.

Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.

Experience with creating user journey maps and architectural workflows

Experience working in the Healthcare industry designing solutions that support interoperability between disparate systems

Exposure to systems and solutions that support HDME (Home Durable Medical Equipment) benefits and delivery

Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.

10+ years' experience as a .Net developer

REST API, Json development experience

.net Core familiarity / experience

Oracle and Oracle PLSQL development experience

SOAP experience

ASP.NET experience

Experience in integrating/interfacing systems.

Proficiency in healthcare interoperability architectures and EDI including FHIR and HL7

Deep knowledge of healthcare electronic medical records (EMR) systems commonly used in the HDME space such as Brightree, ePrescribe Tools and HDME procurement.

Ability manage large scale architecture projects across an enterprise while working with internal resources and 3rd party vendors

Deep understanding of healthcare security and regulatory standards such as HIPAA

Deep understanding in up to date best practice architecture design patterns and services that support e-Commerce websites

Deep understanding of integration between systems that manage supply chain, customer relationship management and end user experience
