Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a range of commercial and warehouse construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing diverse commercial and warehouse construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 7 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
