The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Chillicothe and Brookfield MO area to find an experienced Production Manager for their team! This right candidate needs to have strong leadership experience in manufacturing and a charismatic & servant leadership personality.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectives
• Directly manage production supervisors, off shift supervisors, and all hourly associates
• Indirectly oversee quality department
• Maintains a safe work environment for all employees
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance matters

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
• Experience in food, packaging, and plastics manufacturing preferred
