Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in creating an exceptional customer experience at Rally House. Responsibilities include customer service, visual presentation, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and controlling operation expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members, including Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates, providing daily guidance and follow-up. This role involves overseeing staff tasks, engaging with guests, and managing team productivity. The ideal candidate maintains enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for sports. This position is designed for individuals aspiring to move into management roles.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, talk, hear, handle objects, reach, differentiate colors, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work may involve climbing ladders and working around equipment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
