The Job

As a Reservations Agent, your will:

• Answer in-bound sales calls for our luxury brand hotels Teton Mountain Lodge, Hotel Terra and Snake River Sporting Club.
• Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested.
• Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems.
• Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests.
• Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department.
• You will assist our Guests with class and style as they plan and book their dream stay.

Requirements

To be successful as our new Reservations Agent you will need:

• Previous reservations sales experience is preferred.
• Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales focused and Service minded with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.
• Eagerness to learn and take pride in your work.
• Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task.
• Must be very detail oriented and have a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Develop ability through training to obtain set goals for sales conversion and proficiency in all duties.
• Available for a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone conversation with proper use of grammar, tone and pronunciation.
• Ability to provide clear, pleasant and courteous written communication with proper use of grammar.
• A distraction-free work area with ample internet.
