What you will do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to support our healthcare finance operations. This position requires strong teamwork, analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in financial documentation processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
Documentation Development & Management
Prepare, review, and process comprehensive lease and finance documentation utilizing Flex Financial standard templates for commercial healthcare clients
Ensure all documentation meets commercial acceptability standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Coordinate with multiple teams and funding partners to negotiate customer-requested amendments, addendums, and modifications to lease and finance agreements
Collaborate with multiple teams to mitigate documentation risks while maintaining commercially viable transaction structures
Stakeholder Relations & Customer Service
Maintain professional relationships with internal teams, Stryker sales representatives, and external clients
Provide exceptional service to funding sources, lessees, customers, and internal stakeholders
Process Management & Quality Assurance
Review and process executed agreements and lender purchase orders
Manage customer accounts payable information entry and maintenance
Monitor outstanding documentation requirements and ensure timely resolution
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines
Facilitate cross-divisional communication to ensure seamless transaction processing
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and documentation requirements
What you need
Required
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of professional experience
Preferred
Experience in contracts, leasing, banking, finance and or documentation
Knowledge of legal terms for all lease and finance type structures
Microsoft Excel, Adobe, SalesForce and PowerBI experience
$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
