As a Benefit Analyst you will: Direct and plan the day-to-day operations of Navvis benefits programs; including medical, dental, vision, disability, workers compensation, life insurance, critical illness, accident, tax-advantaged account, retirement plans, and other Navvis offered benefits. You will act as the key support contact for all colleagues benefits inquiries and participate in ad hoc responsibilities that positively impact our colleague experience. Additionally, you will manage all benefits related behind the scene tasks to audit our plans and ensure compliance, as well as participate in the strategy of designing our benefit package. Your ability to balance multiple priorities, be highly organized, and provide excellent internal colleague service will be critical in ensuring our people centric department functions smoothly and effectively for the benefit of our organization. In this role, you will collaborate within our department and cross functionally to ensure our total rewards offerings are compliant and competitive to attract new talent and retain our tenured talent.
