Overview
Position Summary: The Client Onboarding Director at EPM plays a key role in driving our mission to enhance and grow the organization by overseeing the client onboarding and offboarding process and executing a variety of projects that contribute to the development and success of both employees and business operations. This individual will work cross functionally, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of property onboarding, offboarding, and other special projects while promoting efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for all property onboardings and offboarding, coordinating stakeholders and deliverables across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate project needs and propose innovative solutions to barriers.
- Assist senior leaders with tracking and monitoring project success, proactively addressing issues that threaten timelines or outcomes.
- Communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations and ensure deliverables and questionnaires are completed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback throughout the project lifecycle to drive continuous improvement and design efficient processes.
- Serve as a hub of information, ensuring key issues and deliverables are communicated to stakeholders promptly.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
- Identify potential project risks (scheduling delays, budget overruns, resource constraints) and address challenges to keep projects on track.
- Establish clear timelines, set deadlines for tasks and deliverables, and work cross-functionally to ensure milestones are met.
- Gather and collect information and deliverables to track project status and remove barriers to success as needed.
- Assist in an execution role as a contributor to projects as needed.
- Document lessons learned and post-project reviews to improve future project management processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.)
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

- Occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
- Moderate workplace temperature with seasonal exposure to outdoor conditions
Travel Requirements
- Travel up to 10% of the time
