What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist the Contact Center Manager in managing day-to-day operations and serve as a liaison for the Storage Services Specialists
  • Support QA standards for staff, ensuring calls are compliant with standards and maintaining communication with customers and management
  • Monitor attendance of agents to ensure punctuality from lunches and breaks
  • Coach and mentor call center team to ensure adherence to all performance expectations
  • Complete regular reports to management and offer new ideas to improve performance at the call center

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Contact Center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in a self-storage organization
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
  • Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work nights and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a self-storage organization
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Strong team management experience
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
