What to Expect

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to complete Supplier onboarding tasks in the SAP Ariba system
• Track progress and address technical issues or operational situations impacting registration in Ariba or other applications
• Provide operational process knowledge and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Create operational documentation, including training resources
• Support various audit requests from compliance and internal/external audits related to process controls

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, with typically 2 years of related work experience
• Experience working in SAP ARIBA Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks under time constraints
