Accounting Manager, GL
Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid: In-office Mon-Thu, WFH Fridays)

Position Summary:
Our client is a dynamic, high-growth organization with year-over-year revenue approaching $1B. Recognized for its exceptional leadership team, strong company culture, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence and sustainability, the company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (General Ledger) to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
This is a hybrid position based in Santa Monica, CA-in-office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Partner with finance, operations, and executive teams to provide actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Competitive Base Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually
