About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Consultant with strong commercial real estate and accounting experience to join our implementation team. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between client business needs and technical software solutions-translating CRE accounting workflows, operational processes, and portfolio structures into the Yardi system. You will work closely with clients throughout the accounting-focused implementation process, ensuring their financial structures, reporting requirements, and operational practices are accurately configured and optimized in the platform. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial principles, property-level accounting, and industry terminology, along with hands-on experience guiding clients through successful software implementations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and execute successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, on-site visits, and ongoing support
• Deliver training and consulting services to help clients streamline operations and get the most out of Yardi software
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with client goals and industry standards
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, guiding problem-solving, and contributing to internal training initiatives

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or other equivalent relevant experience in property management or applicable industry.
• Eight plus (8+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers
• Five (5) years of experience managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
• In depth knowledge of property management industry and Yardi's competitors
• Proven experience in ERP systems
• Proven experience positively influencing clients, peers and management
• Proven experience independently managing and resolving a variety of client issues
• Extensive experience managing projects with multiple touch points
• Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new ideas or strategies
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Annual Salary Range: $119,200 - $134,100
