JURISolutions is seeking a General Liability Attorney for our law firm client (4+ years of relevant experience) (Permanent, full-time, remote)
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 4+ years of experience working on general liability matters
- Experience conducting discovery, preparing motions, and preparing cases for trial, taking depositions, and working with experts
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make in-person appearances and/or site-inspections on cases when needed
- Trial experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
