Job Description:
Project Overview
- CVS is expanding its use of Appian across the enterprise to build internal competency in low-code/no-code development.
- Initial build completed by Appian; future scope includes additional modules and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Positive feedback from initial implementation; plans to scale and onboard partners (Cognizant, TCS) with Appian expertise.
- Goal: Develop internal capability and eventually hire full-time employees for ongoing enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Appian-based solutions for business workflows and rules engine.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Appian builds.
- Support integration with OCR/ICR and other enterprise systems.
- Assist in CI/CD processes and ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in process modeling and optimization.
Required Skills
- Appian Development Experience (primary requirement).
- Strong understanding of process model design and Appian integration.
- Familiarity with OCR/ICR integration.
- Appian certifications preferred.
- Technical background in Java, .NET, or similar programming languages.
- Solid engineering discipline and ability to implement new systems.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience interacting with business teams and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and integration patterns.
