Job Description

• The Technical PM is responsible for overseeing the simultaneous rollout of a multi-site production scheduling application across North America and Europe.
• This is a mission-critical initiative requiring strong program management expertise, enterprise application integration experience, and the ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.
• The role includes oversight of Kinaxis and Planet Together deployments across multiple regional sites while coordinating internal teams, SAP specialists, Data Stream consultants, and external vendors.

• Program Planning and Execution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans across all phases
• Own scope, milestones, budget forecasting, risk management, and governance
• Manage integrated schedules and change control
• Kinaxis Application Oversight
• Serve as delivery oversight lead for Kinaxis implementations
• Ensure integration, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care readiness
• Ensure adherence to defined standards and governance
• Program Leadership
• Lead distributed teams across NA, EU, and India
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms
• Drive executive stakeholder alignment
• Vendor & Financial Management
• Manage vendor performance, SOWs, and financial tracking
• Ensure CapEx/OpEx compliance and ROI realization
• Training & Adoption
• Oversee training, change management, and post-go-live support

• Program & stakeholder leadership
• Enterprise application delivery
• Kinaxis working proficiency
• SAP & integration experience

• 12+ years enterprise delivery or program management
• Multi-site, multi-region rollout experience
• Vendor and financial management expertise
