This role is part of the Customer Engineers team within Professional Services, and we're

How You'll Contribute
As a Customer Engineer, you will be the technical owner for customer relationships and
data-driven deliverables on the AIQ platform. You'll work hands-on with our technology
stack, collaborating across Product Engineering, Customer Engagement, and other teams.
Your responsibilities include:
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions using SQL, scripting, and
configurations.
• Designing and setting up ETL pipelines across disparate data sources to create a
unified data model.
• Enabling new product features and managing integrations (ingestion/export).
• Implementing the ActionIQ platform for new customers.
• Answering customer questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Participating in the on-call rotation.
Beyond Delivery
• Develop tools and sustainable solutions to resolve recurring issues.
• Contribute to internal documentation and build a customer-specific configuration
knowledge base.
• Provide actionable feedback to the Product, Backend, and Full Stack Engineering
teams.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics,
Statistics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a technical role involving data management (e.g., ETL, Data
Warehousing, Analytics, Data Science).
• 2+ years in a client-facing role supporting both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Unix command-line tools.
• Familiarity with GitHub and AWS infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A mindset for continuous improvement through tools, documentation, and process
enhancements.
• High levels of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Java and/or Scala.
• Background in the marketing technology industry and familiarity with relevant
vendors.
