He is looking for TOGAF and BPMN, busiess architecture/information architecture.
OVERVIEW:
A day in their life:
• Be a catalyst and enabler across business value streams to drive teams toward clarity in terms of the business problem and the solution needed
• Work with a wide community of stakeholders including business owners, users, product owners, business analysts, project managers, and architects to create a business problem definition, solution, and delivery plan
• Work with the delivery team and others to ensure the intended solution is delivered according to users' expectation
• Juggle competing priorities across different business value streams as well as business, technology and delivery teams
Key skill areas:
• Process and business analysis, including business model, business process mapping, business capability mapping, solution architecture, information architecture including data mapping
• Customer value centricity with focus on benefits, costs/ CBA and viability of proposed solution
• Modeling notations: BPMN, UML, DFD, ERD, and others
• Communication, presentation, and documentation for consumption at executive and operational level
• Industry methodologies, standards, best practices, certifications - nice to have more than one: TOGAF, SAFe, Scrum, Agile, PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, LIMRA LDEx, OOAD, etc
Experience:
• Insurance/ financial services industry experience, ideally in group/ workplace benefits solutions space
• 10+ years' relevant experience in transformation initiatives
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required
• Relevant certifications preferred
