SALARY RANGE: $50k - $70K Base plus Commission

• Source and Place Top Technical Talent : This is where you shine. You know how to identify and present the best candidates to fill technical roles across multiple industries.
• Solve Problems with a Consultative Approach : You don't just push services. You listen, understand needs, and deliver real solutions that move the needle for both your candidates and clients. You'll be the trusted partner that companies turn to when they need the best technical talent, and the advocate technical professionals turn to when seeking new opportunities.
