Required Skills
- 3+ years of prior experience managing system operations and/or administrative functions
- 3+ years of experience in project management, including managing system operations and/or administrative functions
- bility to provide incident management support, including on-call and after-hours coverage
- bility to manage external vendors
- Experience managing a ticketing system for application support
- WS Cloud Certifications
- tlassian Administration
- Prior experience managing operations of Medicaid Enterprise systems
- bility to create presentations and prepare reports
