LBH BILLING AND COLLECTIONS VIRTUAL INTERVIEW EVENT

LifeBridge Health Corporate Business Office (CBO) offers remote, hybrid and on-site positions that specialize in providing Patient Financial Services (PFS) within the Revenue Cycle Division. We service five hospitals with total annual net revenue that exceeds $1.7 billion dollars. PFS is responsible for facility billing and collections; specifically Financial Clearance, Claims Submission and Follow-Up, Appeals, Cash Applications and Customer Service. We take pride in serving our patient's financial needs during times of stress and uncertainty, as well as contributing to the financial success of the health system.

Positions available:

Healthcare Cash Services Rep (Process and post payments)- one yr experience with hospital insurance and payment posting experience, $19 to $22/hour

Medicaid Pt Advocate- three years experience with medicaid applications, must have transportation to travel to LifeBridge hospitals, $20 to $25/hour

Patient Financial Services Representative- three years patient follow up and appeals experience, $17 to $22/hour
