Job Title: Functional Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Not specified

Role Overview:
The Functional Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud, supporting the implementation and post go-live operations of Core HR and Compensation modules. This role focuses on configuration, data conversion, testing, production support, and collaboration with HR stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise and system configuration for Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
  • Support implementation activities, including:
    • Data conversion and validation
    • Interface and synchronization strategies
    • Best-practice recommendations for system design and configuration
  • Participate in all testing phases, including issue resolution and quarterly release testing
  • Deliver post go-live production support and assist with knowledge transfer
  • Partner with HR Shared Services (HRSS) to:
    • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues
    • Roll out new system functionality
    • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Required Knowledge & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules
  • Participation in at least three (3) full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations
  • Experience supporting testing, releases, and post-implementation production environments

Preferred Experience:
  • Implementation of additional Oracle Cloud modules
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Experience across HR domains such as Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Performance Management

Technical & Professional Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues when necessary

Education
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in:
    • Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics
    • Business Administration, Economics/Statistics
    • Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field
