Responsibilities

• Setup and maintenance of all customer account information, ensuring compliance with business and legal guidelines
• Document, review, and enter/update customer account information in employer systems
• Research and resolve pricing issues arising from customer inquiries
• Operate and engage with pricing templates and systems to implement approved pricing
• Prepare and distribute pre-defined documents/data for internal and external requests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of related business experience, preferably in the healthcare field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity with Customer Master and Pricing processes preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare pricing and customer master data management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data from various sources
• Knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to pricing
