CARB-X Senior Finance & Research Administrator (REMOTE) Full-Time/Regular. CARB-X is a global non-profit partnership under the School of Law dedicated to accelerating antibacterial research. The CARB-X portfolio is a large early development pipeline of antibiotics, vaccines, rapid diagnostics and other products. The Senior Finance and Research Administrator is part of the Finance & Research Administration (FRA) team at CARB-X, supporting all financial functions and managing an assigned portfolio of Product Developers (PDs) funded by CARB-X. The incumbent will coordinate with internal CARB-X teams and BU departments to ensure award management, compliance, and financial operations align with program needs and sponsor requirements. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Finance & Research Administration, the role includes PD management, business process improvement, and financial operations support, as well as data refreshing, metric review, reconciliation review, and discrepancy resolution.
