We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer with some support for other G&A leaders, either remote Pacific Time Zone based or Oakland based. This individual willserve as a trusted confidante to these Executive Leaders; partnering with them to optimize their time by anticipating their needs and providing admin and logistical support in a fast-paced environment.
A successful candidate has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented yet flexible, and adapts quickly to change. You will be part of the Finance organizations quickly growing and values-oriented team.
