Job Title: Senior Application Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Administrator with strong expertise in application administration, configuration, and support. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in large-scale data platforms, Tableau, and enterprise-level integrations. The ideal candidate will be able to design, implement, and manage application deployments that align with State standards, while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced expertise in application administration, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Manage application deployment processes and strategies in line with State standards for monitoring, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and security.
• Integrate applications with State Enterprise Architecture Services including APIs, identity management, and document repositories.
• Design and implement failover processes and strategies to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop integration strategies with embedded audit and validation capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Expertise:

• Proven experience implementing client-facing, large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting migrations from legacy systems to modern data platforms.
• bility to define, articulate, and execute a strategic architectural vision.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau standards, development best practices, and governance.
• Leadership, communication, and management skills to guide and mentor a data analytics team.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Skilled in dashboard and data visualization design.
• dvanced data analysis and data discovery expertise.
• Experience administering Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience working in the public sector.
