Job Title: Full Stack Tech Lead
Location: Remote (Onsite for First week)
Duration: 5 Months
As a Team Lead, you will guide multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions aligned with organizational goals. You'll drive technical excellence, champion engineering principles, manage project priorities, and ensure InfoSec compliance. Your leadership will foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparent reporting of key engineering metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Angular and micro frontends, with hands-on experience in C# backend development and modern full-stack frameworks (React or Vue.js).
• Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native applications on Azure (AWS or GCP experience also considered).
• Practical expertise with containerized workloads, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.
• In-depth knowledge of test automation practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) testing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and uphold engineering and InfoSec standards in a fast-paced environment.
