This is not transactional sales. It is consultative enrollment grounded in service, discernment, and integrity. Success in this role comes from leading with generosity, listening deeply, and engaging prospects with authenticity and professionalism.
You will conduct enrollment conversations with pre-qualified inbound founders, developing a clear understanding of their goals, challenges, and readiness for growth. Your responsibility is to assess alignment with our standards while helping prospects make confident, well-informed decisions about joining the program.
You will represent Scaling.com's philosophy with clarity, poise, and precision. All opportunities are generated through 100% inbound interest, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than outbound prospecting.

What You'll Do
• Conduct 1:1 enrollment interviews via Zoom with qualified prospects
• Assess alignment with our program philosophy and requirements
• Share key resources, clarify expectations, and answer prospect questions
• Guide potential members through the decision process with clarity and care
• Document calls, track status, and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Coordinate follow-ups, support agreement finalization, and assist onboarding
• Collaborate closely with the Enrollment and Leadership teams to refine messaging, systems, and performance

• You have experience in enrollment, sales, or a client-facing advisory role
• You're a strong communicator - clear, confident, professional and emotionally intelligent
• You're curious, thoughtful, and energized by meaningful conversations
• You can quickly build rapport and guide others through high-stakes decisions
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tools
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and manage your time like a pro
• You live and work in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship
